Bristol Record Society holds an Annual Meeting each year, usually in the Autumn, in which it reports to its members. Details of the meeting are sent to each member.
We work in close partnership with Bristol Archives, where copies of our printed publications can be purchased. As well the searchroom, where the public can consult documents, the Archives occasionally run online lectures or public events. These are advertised as ‘What’s On’ on the Archives website.
Bristol Libraries also organises events from time to time
Events are also run by Avon Local History and Archaeology and the Regional History Centre of the University of the West of England.
Bristol Historical Association and the Bristol section of the Bristol and Gloucestershire Archaeological Society‘s programme are described on their websites.
